Return & Refund Policy – NoWord

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason (§ 355 BGB).

Conditions:

• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.

• All tags and original packaging must be included.

• For hygiene reasons, certain products (e.g., underwear, socks) are excluded if unsealed or worn.

Return Process:

• Returns must be made exclusively via our online return portal on the NoWord website.

• After registering your return, you will receive all necessary instructions for sending the items back.

Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or delivered incorrectly.

Refunds:

• Once the returned items have been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

• Exchanges are possible if the desired size is available. If not, a refund will be issued.
