Terms & Conditions – NoWord

1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via the NoWord online shop (www.noword.de).

2. Contract Formation
By completing the checkout process, you submit a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Prices & Shipping Costs
All prices are stated in euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown during checkout.

4. Payment
Payment is made via the methods offered in the shop (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Shopify Payments).

5. Delivery
Delivery is handled by DHL. Delivery times are indicative and may be extended due to external factors.

6. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days (see Refund Policy).

7. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of NoWord until payment is made in full.

8. Liability

• We are liable for slight negligence only in cases of essential contractual obligations.

• We accept no responsibility for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

9. Governing Law
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Potsdam, Germany.
